Greystar’s RISE program uses peer-to-peer mentoring to support team members in taking their careers to the next level. The RISE program is designed to pair newly hired team members with experienced team members in the same role to provide an enhanced onboarding experience. Throughout 12 weeks, new team members will learn about Greystar and will gain the tools necessary to do their job effectively. The new team members will complete assigned tasks and work together with their hiring manager, mentor and peers to successfully complete their onboarding.
